The 86,000 square foot facility provides warehouse and loading dock space for the airport’s express mail carriers including Federal Express and Airborne Express.  The facility contains 8 bays and 10 loading docks allowing for airside aircraft access and landside truck delivery and loading.

The offices, warehouses and operations are contained within an exterior skin of predominate metal panels with masonry block along both the airside and landside exposures.  The project included outdoor lighting, aircraft staging with apron extension, vehicular roadway realignment and intersection signalization.
