The facility consolidates all of the administrative operations for over 600 employees of the school system combined with instructional operations.  The building is 232,000 square foot at eight stories tall which includes modern conference facilities, a 12,000 square foot data center, a 250 seat auditorium, a 170 seat cafeteria and approximately 14,000 square feet of retail opportunities within the building and at street level of the parking deck.  The adjacent 500 space parking structure is over 166,000 square feet at five levels.  It is located within the downtown government district of federal, state, county and City of Atlanta government district.
