This maintenance facility is sized and equipped for the repair, upkeep and routine maintenance of all of the airline's ground equipment servicing the entire aircraft fleet which is maintained here in Atlanta.  It contains repair bays, paint booths, engine rebuilding shops, a body shop, wash bays, parts storage, offices and personnel areas.  The complex is strategically located on a 9.7 acre site positioned within the airlines Technical Operations Center (TOC) with paved areas for staging and parking immediately adjacent the world’s busiest airports’ runway system.

Precast concrete panels were treated with vertical ribs and color admixture to compliment the upper portion of the 38 foot tall buildings’ metal skin and steel frame.
